This command approves the current usage brief and generates raw preview source. Preserve the established design authority; no real form delivery, site mutation or deployment.

Requires

• current reviewed /ideate discovery and usage brief; required project facts and source authority

Outputs

• complete browser-tested raw HTML/CSS/JS preview
• closed SEAM Map and asset manifest
• authoring/preview-receipt.json
